We provide outplacement services focused on enabling effective, responsible and respectful career transitions, both for individuals and organisations.
We support professionals who have been separated from their organisation in redefining their career project, combining methodology, strategy and close guidance to facilitate their repositioning in the labour market.
We design tailored programmes that include an initial assessment, redefinition of the professional objective, networking and communication strategy, Interview confidence building, and follow-up through to successful reemployment.
We are also an officially accredited Outplacement and Recruitment Agency by the Spanish National Employment System (registration no. 1000000254), which allows us to deliver services in Spanish collective redundancy processes (EREs) involving more than 50 employees.
